RHRO was formed based on the needs and will of the community elders in a view to deal with socio-economic problems in different parts of Afghanistan. The executive philosophy revolves around on bringing community elders and donors on a shared platform to mold ideas and act collectively and go parallel with policies and mandates of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
